Who is Christine Case?

Christine Case is a REALTOR® with NextHome Advantage in Midlothian, Virginia, helping buyers and sellers in Chesterfield County and Metro Richmond make real estate decisions with real guidance instead of sales pressure.

I have been licensed since 2020. Before that I spent more than 30 years in sales, leadership, coaching and management. Ten of those years were as a membership director at the YMCA in Greater Richmond. That work taught me to listen before I talk, and I still work that way.

I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations, and I am a licensed Virginia notary. You can read more about me and how I work.

Where does Christine work?

My home market is Midlothian and the rest of Chesterfield County. I grew up in Salisbury, I live less than two miles from that first house, and I raised my daughter in Settlers Landing for about 20 years. So when you ask me about a Midlothian street, you get an answer from someone who has watched it change.

Start with Midlothian neighborhoods for what the homes are like and what they cost to own. For the county picture, see Chesterfield County real estate.

I also help buyers and sellers across Metro Richmond, including Richmond, Henrico and Glen Allen. My office is NextHome Advantage at 4801 Cox Road in Glen Allen.

How does Christine help buyers?

I help buyers at every stage. Some are buying a first home or moving up. Others are downsizing or moving here from another state. The first conversation is about you, not about houses. What is pushing the move, what the monthly number really needs to be, and what you would regret.

Three things stay the same on every search. I teach before I pitch. I put your priorities first and protect your interests in every negotiation, even when that means telling you a house is not the one. And when a question is outside my lane, like your loan, I connect you with a licensed professional I trust instead of guessing.

Buying from out of state works too. Clients have bought here while still living in another state, with virtual tours along the way. If you are still sorting out the money side, how much money you need to buy a home in Richmond and first-time buyer programs in Virginia are good places to start.

How does Christine help sellers?

Sellers ask me the same four questions. What can we sell for? What will we walk away with? How long will it take? What should we fix first?

I answer each one with your numbers, not a guess. My Pricing Strategy Advisor training shapes how I price. We look at recent sales near you, your home's condition, and what buyers are choosing right now. Then we decide together what is worth doing before the sign goes up, and what is not.

Once your home is on the market, I stay in close contact and I negotiate to protect what you take home. Your timeline and your priorities set the plan, from the first conversation to closing day.

If you are not sure where to begin, read how to tell if your house is overpriced or how long it takes to sell a house in Midlothian. Then send me your address and I will tell you what I see.

What do clients say about working with Christine?

My clients have given me 5.0 stars across 13 Google reviews. Tanya C. wrote that what stood out was "how genuinely invested she was in our goals," and that I "went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track."

Bill A. bought here while living in New Mexico. He wrote that I "did virtual tours with us (we were living in New Mexico), recommended our mortgage broker, and even helped us get new carpet installed."

Trudy Jackson wrote: "Christine Case provided outstanding service as our real estate agent during our extended search for the perfect home. She is professional, personable, and responsive."

Another client describes the time I advised them to walk away from a deal that could have been very costly for them, after we had put countless hours into it. In their words, I chose to protect their best interests over financial gain.

Putting your priorities first is the whole approach. The goal is not a transaction. It is the right decision.

Where should you start?

Tell me what you are thinking about, even if it is a year away. I will tell you what I would look at first, and whether now is the right time. Not every move is the right move, so let's figure out yours.
